Shipping & Delivery Times

For US Customers – Effective Feb 24, 2026: The previous IEEPA tariffs have been replaced by a temporary 10% import duty (Section 122). This charge will be calculated based on the value of your order and will apply to all shipments entering the US.

For US Customers – Oct 19, 2025 Update:
US parcel shipping is now re-enabled. We now offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, meaning all duties and tariffs are paid in advance—no surprise fees upon delivery. Duties will be calculated and applied at checkout. Rates may vary depending on the product’s country of origin.

If you selected lettermail shipping, any duties charged will be refunded, as lettermail shipments are not subject to duties.

For US Customers – August 2025 Update:
Starting August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption will end. This means all shipments to the US may now be subject to duties and taxes.



We offer standard lettermail shipping (untracked) and tracked shipping. Orders are shipped by Canada Post or Chit Chats, with shipping calculated based on weight during checkout. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship.

• CANADA: 2-14 business days
• USA: 5-21 business days
• INTL: 10-30 business days

TRACKED PACKAGE
• CANADA: 2-10 business days
• USA: 3-10 business days
• INTL: 7-30 business days

We are happy to offer free tracked shipping for CA & US orders over $90

CUSTOMS DUTIES/FEES
We are not responsible for any customs duties, VAT or fees incurred on your order. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In cases where lettermail is lost or delayed, it's important to note that tracking its location is beyond our control. For added assurance, we recommend opting for tracked shipping.

Please note delivery times are an estimate, and are not guaranteed.

Refund Policy & Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns/exchanges.

Lettermail shipping is offered as a lower-cost option and does not include delivery confirmation or tracking. For this reason, we’re unable to take responsibility for untracked orders that are lost in transit. If this is a concern, we recommend opting for tracked shipping.

If your tracked order is lost or if your product arrives damaged/defective, please contact us for assistance. Refund requests for items that arrive damaged or defective must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

We currently ship to select international countries.

EU Customers:
Due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) that came into effect on December 13th, 2024, we are currently unable to ship bulky items to EU countries. However, we still offer lettermail shipping for small, flat items such as stickers.

UK Customers:
For UK customers, due to VAT taxes, please shop on our Etsy here if you'd like to order bulky items.

Wholesale Inquiry
